Vince Zampella, Has Passed Away in a California Car Crash
Vince Zampella, the mind behind the wildly popular video game Call of Duty, has passed away in a car accident in the state of California aged 55.
His passing was announced by Electronic Arts, which owns Respawn Entertainment, the video game company that he helped create.
The celebrated video game developer died after his automobile collided and caught fire on a freeway in Los Angeles on this past Sunday, according to.
"We are facing a heartbreaking loss, and our hearts are with Vince's family, his loved ones, and all those touched by his legacy," an official with Electronic Arts said.
